Welcome to Akhilesh Industries, where 25 years of expertise meets innovation in metal fabrication and laser cutting. Established in 1999 by Adithyan Nair, we began with profile cutting in a 1000 sq ft space, growing steadily into plasma cutting with a team and a 4000 sq ft facility. In 2019, Essen Technocraft, our sister concern, introduced laser sheet metal cutting with a DNE Bystroinic 3KW machine.
In 2021, we expanded further with a 2KW Bystroinic DNE laser machine. Now, in 2023, we proudly offer Laser Tube Cutting with the cutting-edge HSG TS65 model. Our growth extends to a total area of 10,000 sq ft, supported by 15 skilled and 15 unskilled laborers.

Powered by DNE Bystroinic technology, our laser sheet metal cutting service offers a bed size of 4m x 2m with a 3KW model. We can efficiently work with different materials, providing precise cuts with a maximum thickness of 25mm for MS, 20mm for SS, 12mm for aluminium, and 4mm for copper, brass, and galvanized metals

Powered by DNE Bystroinic technology, our laser sheet metal cutting service offers a bed size of 3m x 1.5m with a 2KW model. We can efficiently work with different materials, providing precise cuts with a maximum thickness of 25mm for MS, 20mm for SS, 12mm for aluminium, and 4mm for copper, brass, and galvanized metals.
Model Name : Hindustan Hydraulics 200 Tonnes
Equipped with Hindustan Hydraulics machinery, our bending service boasts a remarkable capacity of 200 tonnes. We offer versatile bending solutions with varying working ranges: 3 meters for up to 6mm thickness, 2 meters for up to 8mm, 1 meter for up to 10mm, and 0.5 meters for up to 15mm.
